How It Works

The Chill Block with PT features a precision-machined mounting surface that directly contacts the Power Tab package's thermal interface. Internal cooling channels are positioned immediately beneath this contact surface, minimizing thermal resistance between the semiconductor junction and cooling fluid. High-velocity coolant flow through optimized channel geometry creates turbulent flow conditions that maximize convective heat transfer.
